MINIMUMS

• All products are sold in quantities of 4 per case. Cases range from $36-56 depending on size and product.
• The minimum opening order for wholesale pricing is $250. Re-order minimums are $150.
• Prices are based on sourcing and cost of raw materials. Therefore prices are subject to change from order to order depending on market price and availability.

SELECTION AND AVAILABILITY

• Most wholesale orders are produced when the order is placed.
• To ensure the utmost quality, we make all of our products in small, handcrafted batches using ethically sourced therapeutic grade essential oils with Love, Ritual, and Intention in Portland, Oregon.

OUT OF STOCK

• In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your order and exclude the unavailable items, moving them to backorder with an estimated ship date.

SHIPPING

• Most orders ship UPS or USPS within 7-14 business days. You will be notified of a planned ship date and any backorders within 3 business days of placing your order.
• Shipping charges will be applied to your invoice.

PAYMENT

• Payment is required when we process your order; before we begin production.
• We can accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and PayPal.
• Payment by check must be received and cleared prior to orders being produced.
• You can opt to keep your credit card information on file for ease of reordering.

RETURN POLICY

• Due to the volatility of essential oil blends, orders are Non-Returnable. We cannot be assured of the purity upon return.
• Credit or replacement products will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise. Please report damage within 5 days of receipt and return the damaged product to us.
